St. Croix Electric Cooperative has begun utilizing a new billing and payment system called SmartHub. You will need to Register for SmartHub in order to access all the features including AutoPay, Paperless Billing, Usage graphs and tools, Notifications and more! You may also use the Pay Now button to make a one-time payment without going through Registration.
Secure Pay by Phone 24-hours: 833-890-9512
You can now make payments over the phone using either a credit card or a bank account through our IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system that has its own dedicated toll-free line: 833-890-9512. you may also set up AutoPay through this 24-hour line. If you call our main office number requesting to make a payment over the phone, you will be referred to the Secure Pay line. We cannot accept payments over the phone.
Pay in person: Dropbox
Our lobby is currently closed to the public and we are NOT accepting payments inside, but you may use the Dropbox located on the southeast end of front drive. Payments received after 4 p.m. will be posted the next business day. Envelopes are provided for your convenience.
USPS: Mail your check to SCEC, PO Box 160, Hammond, WI 54015
If you have misplaced your yellow payment envelope or never received one, you can still mail your check to the address above.
