Online bill pay and paperless invoicing is available via Bill4U

In 2018, SCEC is offering a one-time, $5 bill credit for members who enroll in paperless billing!

Did you know ... For every 1,000 SCEC members who switch to online bill pay (Bill4U), the Cooperative will save $6,700 each year?

Bill4U is secure, convenient and reliable. Bill4U also allows members to review past bills, plus access to a new program called MyUsage so members can see how their electricity use breaks down by day and by the hour. Questions? MyUsage instructions will explain how you sign up or call the Co-op Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Bill4U is available as a free smartphone app.
Search "Bill4U" in the App Store/Google Play and select the "St. Croix Electric Cooperative" version.

Credit Card
St. Croix Electric Cooperative currently accepts payments by credit card in person or over the phone during normal business hours. SCEC accepts MasterCard, Visa or Discover for convenient bill payment.

Budget Billing
Are your bills too high during certain times of the year? If so, St. Croix Electric has a billing plan to fit your needs. Call the Billing Department at 715-796-7000 for help with budgeting your monthly energy payments. SCEC offers members enrolled in Bill4U access to MyUsage! MyUsage lets members view their electricity use on a daily and hourly basis. It's a great tool to examine where you might be able to reduce your electricity use throughout the day! You do not have to be on budget or paperless billing in order to access MyUsage

Public Benefits Program
St. Croix Electric's Public Benefits Program offers energy assistance to qualifying low-income individuals or families who are SCEC members. In addition to energy conservation asssitance, funds are used to provide credits on qualified participants' electric bills. 

If your household income does not exceed 60 percent of state median income, you maybe eligible for electric bill credits through this assistance program. If you have already qualified or are eligible for heating bill assistance in the county in which you live, you may also qualify for electric bill paying assistance through SCEC.
