St. Croix Electric Cooperative’s 84th Annual Meeting of Members will be held Saturday, May 22, 2021 at the cooperative headquarters, 1925 Ridgeway Street, Village of Hammond, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, on Saturday, May 22, 2021, beginning at 10:00 a.m., for the purpose of electing directors, passing upon reports covering the previous fiscal year and transacting such other business as may come before the meeting. (Per Bylaws of St. Croix Electric Cooperative, Article IV Section 1)

To attend, you must be a St. Croix Electric Cooperative member – that is, purchase your electricity from and have your name on the account, a patron (a person with or for whom the cooperative does business on a cooperative basis) or an invited guest.

The meeting will be held Drive-In style with registration beginning at 9 a.m. You will be directed to enter through garage door #2. When you bring the 2020 Annual Report mailed to you Wednesday, May 5, 2021, we will register you with our new software with the QR Code printed with your address label … plus you will be entered into extra Bill Credit Drawings! We need a quorum of 50 members for the meeting to be valid.

Every member will receive a goodie bag featuring treats from local businesses powered by SCEC! We expect the meeting itself to last less than 30 minutes. (See attached Agenda and Special Rules.)
