We are getting everyone on the same billing cycle!
Your billing & payment date may change ...
Everyone will now receive bills at the BEGINNING of the month with a due date MID-MONTH.
If you were on billing Cycle 2 - that is, you received your bill mid-month with a due date at the beginning of the next month - you will NOT receive a bill in November, and your Dec. 1 bill will include roughly SIX WEEKS vs. the usual four weeks.
This may mean a higher bill than average in December.
If you are on Auto Pay, your payment will be withdrawn mid-month rather than the beginning of the month. (Check the due date on your December bill.)
Subsequent bills will be back to the four week cycle.
"Moving to one billing cycle rather than two significantly cuts the number of processes we run per month, and it consolidates and simplifies many other billing and accounting functions," Interim Finance Manager Kris McNamara said of the change.
