St. Croix Electric Cooperative continues to take extra precautions to protect the health and well-being of its employees and members.
The SCEC lobby continues to be closed to the public, but we are still here to provide you with superior electric and customer service.
SCEC office and line workers continue to report to work, and phones are answered by SCEC staff during adjusted business hours of 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. After hours, calls continue to be answered by Cooperative Response Center.
If you usually pay your bill in person, we encourage you to pay online using Bill4U, pay by phone with a credit or debit card at 715-796-7000 weekdays 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., pay by mail, or use our drop box at our Hammond office. We WILL accept cash payments in our drop box, provided they are in a sealed envelope with the member's name and address.
If a home visit is required by an SCEC employee, we may ask a few additional questions prior to the visit to ensure the safety of both parties.
Electronics recycling is temporarily suspended.
